TDA Executive Management Program at The University of Texas at Austin

What is it?

TDA Executive Management Program is an eight-day executive development program designed to enrich the business acumen of TDA members. It’s a collaboration between TDA Perks Program, TDA, and The University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business’ Texas Executive Education program.

What is Texas Executive Education?

A school-within-a-school at UT Austin’s McCombs School of Business. The Program offers world-class education and leadership development to companies and individuals through custom programs and open enrollment classes. These graduate-level, non-degree programs are designed to provide you with the knowledge, connections, and expertise to go further in your career and your life. Enrollment is limited to 30 attendees to assure relationship-building among all participants.

What will I learn?

The Program is comprised of four sessions:

  • Driving Business Performance through Marketing
  • Finance and Accounting for Non-Financial Managers
  • Performance Management and Control
  • Leading High Performance Teams

What’s the time commitment?

The program will be delivered in four two-day classroom sessions over the course of four months. Conveniently offered on Friday/Saturday, sessions will be held on: Jan. 19, 20; Feb. 16, 17; March 23, 24; and April 20, 21, 2018.

Where will it be/Where will I stay?

The classroom sessions will take place on the campus of The University of Texas at Austin at the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center. Accommodations are also available there.
