Consider how the membership plan software aligns with your growth mindset. While your current focus may be on launching your membership plan, it’s crucial to choose a software platform that can accommodate future growth and prevent limitations as your practice expands.

Can the platform easily accommodate multiple locations (with simple administration and roll-up reporting)? Can it help market to employers or community groups? Could it increase patient retention for higher ROI and lifetime value?
